Look like one business, everywhere.
The logo, plus the system around it — colour palette, typography and submark — from $790 flat, ex GST. Everything in the logo tier is included, and every file transfers to you at sign-off.
A logo is one decision. An identity kit is every decision after it.
A logo on its own leaves a hundred small choices open, and those choices get made by whoever is nearest — the signwriter picks a blue, the web developer picks a font, the person posting on Facebook picks whatever the template offered. Six months later the ute, the website and the social feed look like three different companies, and a customer who saw the ad does not recognise the quote that lands in their inbox. The identity kit closes that gap: one palette with print and screen values specified, one typography system, and a submark for the small square spaces. Every supplier you use afterwards works from the same sheet.

The full logo tier, plus the three pieces that turn a mark into a system.
Consistency is what makes ads cheaper
Someone sees your ad, then your Google listing, then your quote. When all three match, that is one business they remember. When they do not, it is three strangers.
The landing page after the click either looks like a real company or it does not. Design does not change what you charge — it changes how many people get far enough to ask.
Hand the palette and typography to a printer, a wrap shop or a developer and the work comes back right. No back-and-forth, no reprints at your cost.
The complete brand package at $1,190 adds guidelines, a social media kit, and business card and letterhead artwork — a $400 step up from here.
The eleven places your brand actually appears
Most businesses count two — the ute and the website — and then wonder why everything else looks improvised. Here is the real list for a tradie business, and what the identity kit gives each one.
When we would tell you to spend the money elsewhere.
Design is not always the constraint. If any of these describe you, an identity kit is not the first thing we would sell you, and we will say so on the call.
- Nobody can find you yet
If the phone is quiet because you have no visibility, the palette will not fix it. Spend on Google Ads or Local SEO first and come back to design once there is traffic for it to work on.
- Your enquiries go unanswered
A missed call costs you the job no matter how good the logo is. Speed-to-lead beats design every time at that stage — the Growth System exists for exactly this.
- Your logo already works
If people recognise your mark and it holds up small, in one colour and reversed, keep it. We will build the palette and typography around it rather than replace something with equity in it.
- You are about to change what you sell
Building an identity around a service mix you are midway through changing means doing the work twice. Wait until the offer settles.
Common questions about brand identity kits
What is a brand identity kit?+
It is the logo plus the system that holds everything else together: a colour palette with HEX, RGB and CMYK values, a typography system, and a submark for favicons and social avatars. The logo tells people who you are once. The identity kit is what makes your ute, your website, your quotes and your ads look like the same business every time after that.
How much does a brand identity kit cost?+
From $790 ex GST, flat, agreed in writing before we start. That includes everything in the $490 logo tier — three concepts, unlimited revisions, and the full file set — plus the palette, typography system and submark.
I already have a logo. Can you build the kit around it?+
Yes, and it is the most common way clients buy this. If your logo already has recognition, we keep it and build the palette, typography and submark around it. Send us the files you have. If all you have is a low-resolution image, we will tell you whether redrawing it as vector artwork is worth doing first.
Why do the colour codes matter?+
Because HEX, RGB and CMYK are three different jobs. HEX and RGB are what a website and your ads use; CMYK is what a printer needs for vehicle signage, workwear and business cards. Give a printer a HEX code and the colour that comes back off the press often is not the one you approved on screen. The kit specifies all three so every supplier matches.
What is a submark and do I need one?+
A submark is a compact version of your mark — usually initials or an icon — built for the small square spaces a full logo cannot survive: favicons, social avatars, profile pictures, a stamp on an invoice. Any business with a Google Business Profile and a Facebook page needs one, which is effectively every tradie business.
How long does the identity kit take?+
Three to four weeks from brief to handover. The logo work runs first on the same two-to-three-week track, then the palette, typography and submark follow once the mark is signed off. If you already have a logo we are building around, it moves faster.
Do I own everything in the kit?+
Yes, outright. Source files, colour codes, typography specification and submark artwork all transfer to you at sign-off. No licensing, no annual fee, no lock-in — the same rule that applies to your ad accounts and your website applies here.
When should I go for the complete brand package instead?+
When other people will be producing work in your brand. The complete package at $1,190 adds a one-page guidelines PDF, a social media kit, and business card and letterhead artwork — which is what a printer, a signwriter or whoever posts on your behalf needs so it comes back right the first time. If you are not sure yet, start here: upgrading later costs the $400 difference, not the full $1,190.
