What we collect

When you submit the audit or contact form we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone (optional), business name, suburb, the services you're interested in, and any message you write. We do not sell or share this information with anyone outside Scalepoint.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you sign up, to deliver the services you've engaged us for. If you have ticked the consent box, we may also send occasional Scalepoint updates — you can unsubscribe with one click.

Where it lives

Submissions are processed by Vercel's serverless functions in the Sydney region. Email is delivered via Resend (US-hosted). We do not currently store leads in a long-term database — they live in our inbox and Vercel's function logs.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies for theme preference (light/dark) only. When Google Analytics is enabled in production, an additional analytics cookie will be set after you opt in.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Email hello@scalepoint.au with the subject line "Privacy request".
